NOTICE OF FULFILLMENT POLICY

ABA Engine Fulfillment Policy

At ABA Engine, we are committed to providing ABA therapy providers with an exceptional experience as they work to optimize their practice. Below is a breakdown of our fulfillment policies to ensure clarity and transparency in our processes.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

ABA Engine offers a cloud-based practice management software platform to help ABA therapy providers streamline their operations, from client intake and employee onboarding to scheduling, session notes, billing, and communication — all in one platform. Our platform provides automations to save time, including emailing, texting, and sending intake forms and packets. We also offer scheduling solutions, including call-out management tools, to improve efficiency across your organization.

PURCHASE CURRENCY

All prices for ABA Engine services are listed in USD (United States Dollar). For international customers, please ensure you are aware of any exchange rate implications when making payments.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our service agreements, we do not offer refunds. All customers sign an initial term agreement of either six (6) months or twelve (12) months at the time of purchase. Once the agreement is signed, payment is non-refundable. We encourage clients to review all service details thoroughly before committing to the agreement.

  • Early Termination: If you choose to cancel your agreement early, you are still responsible for all fees due through the end of your initial term. No refunds will be provided for early termination.

SERVICE DELIVERY & ACCESS POLICY

Upon completion of your purchase and payment confirmation, you will be granted immediate access to ABA Engine’s platform. Onboarding support will be provided upon scheduling.

  • Service Activation: Access is provided immediately after payment is confirmed.
  • Onboarding Support: A dedicated onboarding consultant will guide you through the platform setup. Following sign-up, you will receive a calendar link to select a convenient time for your first onboarding session.
  • Onboarding Sessions: Customers are required to schedule and attend four (4) onboarding sessions within three (3) weeks of the Effective Date. The Key Decision Maker must attend all sessions.

RETURN POLICY

As ABA Engine is a software service, returns are not applicable once access has been granted. However, if you are experiencing issues with the service, please contact us at support@abaengine.com and we will work to resolve them. We strive to ensure that you are able to use the platform effectively and efficiently.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For subscription-based services, cancellation terms depend on which phase of your agreement you are in:

  • During the Initial Term: You may cancel at any time, but you remain responsible for all fees through the end of your initial term (6 or 12 months, as applicable). No refunds will be provided.
  • After the Initial Term (Month-to-Month): Cancellation requires thirty (30) days’ written notice submitted to support@abaengine.com. Any fees that fall due during the notice period remain payable in full. Platform access will continue through the end of the period covered by the last monthly payment made.

DATA EXPORT AND RETENTION UPON CANCELLATION

ABA Engine provides built-in export tools for customer data. The following data types are available for bulk export prior to cancellation: employee records, client information, session notes, and session scheduling data. Individual client and employee forms must be downloaded one by one and are not available for bulk export.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to export all required data during their active subscription period. ABA Engine will retain Customer Data for ninety (90) days following the end of the active subscription period. After that window, data may be permanently deleted. Access to data after the active period has ended may require additional fees at ABA Engine’s discretion.

LEGAL OR EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

ABA Engine services are subject to the laws and regulations of the United States. If you are outside of the U.S., please ensure that our services are compliant with your local laws before proceeding with a purchase.
